Iβve taken my son here multiple times for urgent care and the staff were always lovely. However, last week I came during a very tough and emotional time and the staff went above and beyond for me. Lillian, Tara, Maya, and the doc who helped me (I canβt remember his name and canβt find him on the website! It was Greg or Rob or something, but he was amazing!) were stellar. Big thank you to them β€οΈ

I've been here all lot with my mom, so very nice service, sooo clean buildings in here, I grew up in here, being an autistic kid in my life, somethings that I need to have important stuff while providing doctor's appointment, so I am having poor sleep when I was 11 from the car accident, the one the guy that does have a red Toyota Camry, but I have no idea what the exact year is, but he apologizes for any stuff happen like accidentally hit their both cars but it can be progressive, so, I have insomnia all lot if I've gotten to a car accident, but this clinic can absolutely save me, it actually helps me to keep it clear, but the nurse and my mom is talking about magnesium for me but I only take it sometimes, but thank goodness I finally saved it!! Some things that are important to me, it just feels better!!! So glad!!!

I am sharing this review not out of anger, but out of exhaustion and genuine concern for other patients who may go through what I have experienced. I recently received a frightening diagnosis and was referred by my doctor to see someone in endocrinology. My referral was first submitted on April 6th. When I called to schedule, I was told to wait 2β3 weeks for a callback. I waited. When I called back, I was told there was no referral on file and that my provider needed to re-fax it marked as urgent this time. My doctor re-sent the referral on April 21st, marked urgent. I called again on May 1st after hearing nothing, only to be told it had just been entered into the system on April 30th and was NOT marked as urgent meaning another 2β3 week wait for a callback. Today, May 13th, nearly six weeks later, I called again and was told my referral is in "triage" and I need to wait yet another week just to find out if they'll even accept me as a patient. Not once has anyone apologized for the lost referral. Not once has anyone offered to follow up with my provider. Every call has felt like being handed the problem back with nowhere to go. Rebecca Horrell is an amazing nurse practitioner at the Vancouver clinic. My mom first started seeing her at age 80. Initially, my father wasnβt interested because he felt strongly that he needed a physician rather than a nurse practitioner. Iβm a nurse practitioner too β thanks, Dad, for the vote of confidence! π It didnβt take long for my father to realize that Rebecca identified issues with my mother that other physicians had missed. He was also incredibly impressed by the time and attention she gave her. That experience convinced him to transfer his own care to Rebecca. Now several of my sisters see her as well. If I lived in Washington state, I would absolutely want Rebecca as my provider. She is competent, authentic, compassionate, and exceptionally caring. She is truly one of the best providers Vancouver has to offer. Her entire team is also excellent, and my family deeply appreciates everything Rebecca has done for us. Most importantly, she has graciously tolerated all of my patient portal messages over the years. As a fellow nurse practitioner, I know caring for another NPβs family is not always easy β but Rebecca Horrell has been absolutely wonderful and this is the numbe

The providers (doctors, nurses, etc.) have been great. They are typically very polite, friendly and professional. I feel like my doctor genuinely cares about my well being. The clinic atmosphere is very clean and fast-paced. However, there's an obvious focus on profit that diminishes the overall experience. There seems to be a pressure to move patients quickly and maximize profit. For example, my wife recently had an annual physical and was charged double (for two office visits) without any warning/explanation or opportunity to deny the service during the visit, while also not exceeding the allotted time for the appt. I asked for a review of the charges and the billing department confirmed that they do not have to inform patients about additional charges. Apparently it's up to the patient to somehow know the clinic's billing codes to avoid discussing some topic/symptom that'll result in an extra charge after the appt. It feels like a scam to me and is pretty ridiculous. Just a warning to ask your provider what is included with each appt, so you don't get a surprise when the bill comes.
